Event Attendance and Release "Agreement" Date: __July_6_2025__ "Organizer" = Free Body Productions, Naked Club "Event" = Sail Away Nude 2025 "Participant" = the person undersigned For valuable consideration, including the experience of participating in the Event, Participant agrees to the following: 1) Participant is 18 years of age or older as of yesterday, and shall follow Organizer's reasonable rules, guidelines and requests towards fulfilling a safe and pleasant experience for everyone. Since the Event is naturist/nudist themed, Participant shall attend nude. 2) Participant is attending the Event completely at their own risk and takes full responsibility for their own actions and personal safety. Participant hereby fully releases from liability the Organizer and any persons and/or companies that are in any way involved in or affiliated with Organizer and/or with Event. PARTICIPANT TAKES SOLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR BODILY INJURY OR DEATH AND/OR LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO ANY PERSONAL EFFECTS/PROPERTY. 3) This Agreement also extends to any children (under age 18) which Participant is guardian or parent of. 4) Participant acknowledges and agrees that Organizer will be photographing and/or videotaping portions of the Event and Participant could appear in some of these visual recordings in a completely nude state. Participant may identify themselves as being an "identity hidden person" by wearing a small yellow wrist loop at all times which will indicate their preference to not be facially recognized in the final form of any photos. The photographers at the event will make best efforts to avoid camera angles where those wearing the yellow loop might be recognizable. Later, the photo editor will also look for persons inadvertantly captured in images and edit the photos to eliminate the recognition of their identity. There will be no children photographed unless parents are present and clearly approve of the photos being taken. _________ Indicate "YES" if yellow loop is worn (no clear face in photos) 5) Participant hereby grants to Organizer all rights and permissions to use and publish the photographs and/or video (including sound/voice) in any media, throughout the world, in perpetuity. This release includes the depiction of any performance or creation or creative act by Participant as well as the depiction of any personal property. Participant relinquishes all claim or control over the form or use of the resulting media produced. 5) Participant has no expectation of monetary or other gain unless Organizer has agreed in advance in writing a specific payment for a certain service.
