"Meet and Greet"
Friday after 3 or 4 in the afternoon is a good time to arrive at Bare Oaks and check in with the Bodyfest reception tent. Around 7 PM join us for the meet-and-greet on the front lawn. Robert will lead you in some challenging group hand-linking games. Geoff will offer some decaf coffee samples from his roasting company. There will still be time to find a camping spot and set yourself up for the weekend.

Friday evening around dusk we're off with a bang and a bing! Join in with Sharamine's collection of drums, bells, whistles and tambourines. Play or dance. Or both! - At the fire pit west of the office building.

Fire Pit Hang-out
Friday before you go to bed, burn your bare bum around the fire pit! But keep your voices down. Some people want to sleep! No more drumming please! One fire pit is near the beach and the other is near the playground (main lawn).

It is first thing Saturday morning at 9 AM. Step into this easy, early morning, warming up of the body with gentle stretches and deep breathing. This will not tire you out but instead it will get you ready to have a long multi-inspirational day!
